Terms and Conditions

In accordance with industry standards, orders may have a 10% variance in delivery. The Customer agrees to accept the delivery as is, regardless of any over or under amounts, and considers the order finalized. Any necessary adjustments will be reflected in credits or invoices.

Payment terms are either Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) or 30 days for account holders. C.O.D. terms require an 100% deposit based on a pro forma invoice before order processing. The remaining balance, including any discrepancies in quantity, must be settled prior to goods being delivered or collected.

Charges for Stereos and Dies will be billed separately at cost, as applicable. All transactions are subject to our sales terms and conditions. Orders below R 5000 -00 will require collection or incur a delivery fee. Pallet charges will be invoiced at cost and refunded upon return.

The standard turnaround time for orders is 12 working days. We aim to meet and exceed your expectations and assure you of our commitment to always providing exceptional service.
